Application for Post-Master's Certificate
Application:
Application packets may be obtained online from the Graduate School or by calling the Graduate School at 252-328-6012 or the Graduate Office in the College of Nursing at 252-744-6422. Applicants for post-master's certificate options complete the Application for Admission to Graduate Degree and Certificate Programs.
A copy of your transcript can be obtained from the ECU Registrar if you are an ECU graduate. You may visit the registrar's website for more information or call 252-328-6745 or 252-328-1729. If you are not an ECU graduate, you will need to contact all schools attended following graduation from high school for transcripts.
