Students that are not accepted to a specific concentration may keep their application active for one year and re-apply to a different concentration during the next application cycle. Students will not be considered for alternate concentrations in the same application period and must wait for the next application cycle.

The ANP and FNP concentrations are limited to 24 and 30 students per year, respectively. Students to these concentrations are admitted once yearly in the Fall semester. Students begin NP clinical courses in the Fall semester of the second or third year [see Programs of Study].

Due to the high demand of courses by our enrolled MSN students, the College of Nursing will not enroll non-degree graduate students at this time. Prospective students are encouraged to apply for full admission as soon as possible in order to be eligible for all College of Nursing course offerings.

We welcome distance education students and will make every effort to accommodate their clinical placement needs. There may be times, however, when this is not possible.

“The right future. The right program. The right distance from home.”
