Announcements(7/20/2010) Rachel Klitzman Memorial Lecture The University of Pennsylvania will hold the First Annual Rachel Klitzman Memorial Lecture in memory of ECU College of Nursing alumna Rachel Klitzman. The event, titled "Salvaging Lives: An Interdisciplinary Approach to Limb Salvage," will be held October 15, 2010 from 9 A.M. until 12 P.M. in the 76ers Surgery Theater at UPenn in Philadelphia. Breakfast and lunch will be provided and the event is free of charge. For more information, contact Mary Rogers, RN, at 215.662.3516 or mary.rogers@uphs.upenn.edu. CEUs are available. (8/31/2009) Non-Degree Application Change Due to the high demand of courses by our enrolled MSN students, the College of Nursing will not enroll non-degree graduate students at this time. Prospective students are encouraged to apply for full admission as soon as possible in order to be eligible for all College of Nursing course offerings.
SPOTLIGHTS
Governor Beverly Perdue recently visited the College of Nursing at East Carolina University and was given a tour of the the Nurse Anesthesia program by program director, Dr. Maura McAuliffe.
